While completing my degree, I worked part-time at Scivantage, where I designed custom financial portals for enterprise clients and partners, including Bank of America and H&R Block. Beyond my design work, I led one of my first cross-functional projects by conceptualizing and managing an interactive photo booth experience that allowed attendees to pose as the cover feature of a magazine. I coordinated the project from concept to execution, sourcing photography equipment, managing vendor relationships, scheduling logistics, and overseeing the project budget.
This experience taught me how to lead complex initiatives, collaborate across teams, and balance creative vision with execution. Combined with my academic work, it helped me earn a competitive UX design internship at the Japan Society Museum, where I continued to build my foundation in user-centered design.
